The ES4180 MFP is perfect for the small office where it will provide high quality mono printing, mono copying, faxing and colour scanning in one compact easy to use multifunction device.

Joining the Executive Series Portfolio, the ES4180 MFP complements the ES4140 mono printer with which it shares consumables. It delivers copies and print jobs at an impressive 28ppm with the first printed page appearing in just 5.5 seconds. Automatic duplex printing comes as standard and a 530 sheet paper tray keeps user interventions to a minimum. A fifty sheet multipurpose tray adds flexibility making feeding letterheads and different paper sizes quick and easy. The ES4180 MFP is both PCL and PostScript compatible and prints at true 1200 x 1200dpi resolution providing highly detailed images and crisp clear text.

It is equipped with a network interface as standard which makes it easy for the ES4180 MFP to be shared by the work team and gives access to advanced scanning functions such as scan to FTP, scan to E-mail (including LDAP support) and scan to CIFS. Password protection is available to secure access to the keyboard operations.

Super G3 faxing takes care of communications - sending documents as quick as 3 seconds per page.

The ES4180 MFP is built to handle heavy print loads with its impressive 70,000 page per month duty cycle. A 12,000 page toner provides the ES4180 MFP with low running costs and less frequent refilling.
