A few weeks ago I decided that a certain piece of equipment the Company used on a daily basis needed changing, it had been very unreliable and my staff were getting very frustrated every time it decided not to print, yes this is of cause the photocopier.

 

I asked Caroline if she would arrange to give us a quote and see if Photostatic could get us out of our current contract which had several years left. Very quickly an appointment was made and Rod (Sales Director) came and saw us. He was excellent and he got us out of our current contract and maintance agreement at no extra cost and has saved us money on our monthly out goings. AND THE BEST BIT we now have not just a photocopier, we've a scanner, a fax machine and printer all in one hence saving us space. I also must mention the great installation of the machine along with his detailed instructions to my staff.

The lettings business is very paper intensive and for us, quality of our output is paramount. Photostatic supplied our colour printer/copier/ scanner/fax machine in July 2007. A Superb piece of kit - it does everything we ask of it; it'll bang out double sided tenancy agreements as quick as you like while it is perfectly capable of producing very high quality photographic images. We are forever being touted by photocopier salesman and when we tell them who their competition is, they go away fairly quickly (and, even better, don't ring back). The real test of a good supplier is their after sales service and technical back - up. Soon after we sourced our machine, we suffered a major parts failure (down to the manufacturer) and within an hour we had a replacement machine in and running. Within a day Photostatic had arranged for the manufacturer's chief engineer to visit and within 2 days, the new part was shipped in and the machine was back to it's best. Since then as we've added or changed IT capability to the operation here, they've been in same day to network our new equipment for us. With this level of service we won't be going anywhere else.
